So, Fridays.
It's the end of the week, and I don't know if you're like me, but I'm exhausted by Friday. Seriously in want of Saturday . . . when I work harder. Right. So. I need Friday to be lighter, in terms of what I take in and what I give out. I have, therefore, decided to change things up a bit around here and accomplish both of those things for all of us. From now on, on Fridays you can look forward to cool YouTube clips, Fun Food, and a link to my Friday post over on Challenging the Gnome. Lighter fare for everyone. I hope you enjoy it.

On Challenging the Gnome I am offering photos of my slow crawl away from Christmas–My January tree and other winter decorations that I keep telling myself are perfectly fine to leave up until St. Patrick's day. Snowmen are winter, right? It's totally legal. Also, I am including my favorite granola recipe. Because there is nothing like the smell of cinnamon, coconut, and cashews toasting in the oven to bring back the cozy of the Holidays without actually bringing back the carols. And now I'd like to share with you a group that I am falling in love with: The Piano Guys, featuring Jon Schmidt (piano) and Stephen Sharp Nelson (cello). They do marvelous covers of songs from every genre of music. Here they are doing a cover of Coldplay's Paradise–African style. The vocalist is Alex Boyé.
